Clients reviews about Secure Auto Locksmiths

Have used secure auto locksmiths on two occasions now, once for a 2014 Skoda rapid second key, and another occasions for 2013 vw polo with a dodgy key + spare. Both occasions the job was completely at an extremely fair price, quality of work and overall experience was amazing. Really can trust this company and individual. Belal from Secure auto Locksmiths is very knowledgeable and extremely customer service focused, from the initial contact, to completing the job he was prompt and professional, always keeping me updated. He has an amazing set up and attitude which is refreshing to see from a trade, he is truly very accommodating around a customer schedule. Will be recommending and definitely be using for any future jobs. Don’t hesitate to get in touch, will not be disappointed! ~ Mehdi H

I needed spare keys cut & coded for 2 Ford Transit Custom vans. I chose Secure Auto Locksmiths because not only did they offer me the most competitive price for both keys, they were able to fit me in at the earliest opportunity. I am so pleased I did. Communication was excellent arranging the call-out making it stress free…apart from doing a fine job, most importantly Bilal was a pleasure to meet, not just service with a smile but actually he had a wealth of knowledge & contacts within the wider vehicle industry which he was happy to share with me & I have since benefited from…so for an all round comprehensively good experience I can thoroughly recommend using their service. Thank you Bilal for a great, stress free job at a good price & for your help & advice with my business. ~ Dan M

I highly recommend this auto locksmith. From the very first phone call, they were professional, friendly, and offered to come out within 30 minutes. As it wasn’t urgent, we arranged for the following day instead. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and within 5 minutes had gained access to my car without causing any damage whatsoever. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the work carried out. Excellent service from start to finish – punctual, professional, efficient, and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. ~ Yusuf

Massively impressed with Bilau the locksmith today. My car door handle had broken and I managed to lock the keys inside — total nightmare. He spent nearly three hours determined to get me in (and succeeded in the end with airpads and a coat hanger!), wouldn’t charge unless he did, and only billed the call-out fee. Proper old-school integrity and pride in his work. Absolute legend. ~ Sarah A
